Ginkgo and dark berries

Take Ginkgo Biloba. This dilates the small blood vessels, and promotes better blood circulation in the eyes, and all of the small blood vessels throughout the body. Improved blood circulation in the eyes, allows healing.

Use Bilberry/Blueberry, red grapes, or other dark berries. These promote the health of the small blood vessels. They also have many other benefits, including promoting the health of the intestines.

If you have a ruptured blood vessel, and bleeding withing the eye, these will promote healing of the blood vessel. The natural processes within the eye can then remove the leaked blood.

Avoid animal fats.

Regular exercise is very beneficial. It promotes improved blood circulation throughout the body.

Using Ginkgo and dark berries may have a slow gradual effect. You may not notice benefits for a number of months. But used long term, they are very beneficial. (The excess blood within the eye should be removed within several days.)

They can improve or resolve glaucoma. They can prevent further deterioration in macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
