Help me identify this weird critter or substance...

Okay, so i'm on day 13 of a juice fast, and day 10 of taking HumaWorm. I started taking cascara sagrada at night and now today i went to the bathroom and these weird big broad flat pieces were in there. I have them in water so you can see the texture better, otherwise it just looked like brown mucous. I'm wondering if these actually are anything? I've never noticed anything like this in my life comin outta me, so after taking HW for 10 days, i'm wonderin.... Also on the top of the bowl, there's a little hard bit of mucoid plaque or somethin, and it appears there's something long and stringy kinda anchored to it. Anyone ever see this? This is the 3 one i've passed in the last couple days.

any info would be good info. Maybe it's nothing, but damn these are weird lookin. they look like seaweed on the beach! Oh, and one of them was tubular- not flat like the rest. it had an opening on both ends and looks like a round tube about 1" long. So bizarre.
