Small success: I haven't been aiming for weight loss, but have been making some health-conscious changes lately. For the last month i have been doing 3-5 miles per day on the elliptical machine or walking trail, doing some yoga/pilates twice a week, eating a healthy diet, and have done, thus far, one liver flush. I have been drinking some detox teas and other supplements as well. I drink water like a racehorse.
I have hypothyroidism, so weight loss isn't exactly easy. I am 5 foot 10, and have been between 175 and 180 lbs for the last several years. (In February, I was 182lbs)
But this AM, I hopped on the scale, and I am 164 lbs! I feel TONS better than I did last month.
Just thought Id' share an unexpected triumph. I guess if you treat your body right, it starts treating you better as well.
