I also itch with vinegar.... since I'm trying to avoid itch, I use other things instead... like lemons in a cup of hot water, or garlic. I like taking 10 or so black peppercorns and holding them in my mouth... sometimes crunch one of them. It makes my mouth feel so clean, and I think my teeth like it... my teeth were hurting for a while, now thankfully that has gone away. I finally read up on what organic farmers are doing... garlic juice. So am drinking that... its like drinking pickle juice! pretty puckery! but i chase it with some danactiv yogurt.... i avoid dairy in general, but as i got a bit better, i reintroduced danactiv, as it seems to keep rashes at bay when i accidentally have exposure to sugar...
