you also Do need fat in the diet, don't forget, just so long as it's plant fats. The bile will tend to stagnate in the liver, without fats, and once you've released a lot of stones, sand etc., as you do with the flush, you don't want the liver to just sort of stop producing a nice flowing bile. That would mean that you recirculate what has been released, and it's very important to keep it moving. A person can still have stones etc. moving through for a few days. Without fat, if you are being too strict, you may not be keeping it all moving OUT.
