Thankyou, Im gonna quit the whey for a bit. I just started grounding/earthing yesterday and introudcted a b complex and need to see what's doing what. I didn't get to sleep till 4.30am or so in the end last night but got up at around 10.30am, 6 hours approx sleep, i usually need 8 to 9 hours on an avg day, woke up a bit refreshed not amazingly so. also my libido was pretty high last night.
