Thanks for the input. I'll monitor my regularity for a full week beyond a flush to see how it goes. I generally eat a high fiber diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables - no sugar, very little flour, no sodas, only a little cheese, no processed foods). I do eat 1-2 bananas each day which may cause some transit time problems. I consume probably between 32- 48 oz of water each day (a little low but all my system will take without causing dizzy spells)
I'll eat a few grains of uncooked popcorn to see how long it takes it to be eliminated. I've been told the corn will pass thru the system undigested and will give you a better idea of your transit time. Have you tried this before?
