Oxypowder, LF and Grapefruit juice

I've completed 6 succesful Liver-Flush between January and now. After the 3rd Liver-Flush I did a parasite cleanse with Wormwood . I did not get any discharges, so perhaps I'm parasite free. After the 5th Liver-Flush I used Oxypowder for 8 days per directions and did not get any unusual discharges but did have loose stools for the entire period (never all water and they never firmed up). I was really excited about the fact that Oxypowder could clean the small intestines....which is where I'm convinced some of my problems exist.

When I went off of Oxypowder I lost the 3-4 per day eliminations. On some days I wasn't even eliminating once (bad) even whe I was eating high fiber and drinking a moderate level of water. I may have to increase my intake of water. On the 6th LF, I used fresh squeezed grapefruit juice instead of LJ. I was disappointed with the results....I got stones but not as many as with the other 5. The first 5 flushes with LJ seemed more productive.

As for my condition.....I started out with a number of airborne and food allergies . Symptoms were......brain fog, dizziness, fatigue, chest pressure, ear pressure. I've noticed some improvement in these conditions....I can now eat a little wheat or corn now without the severe reactions, but if I over eat any one of those, I can get some of the symptoms mentioned above. Obviously my tolerance for these foods has improved a little, but are by no means gone. I don't consider myself well yet, by any means, but I do feel that my condition is improving. I intend to keep flushing until the grocery store runs out of OO.

One question I have for fellow flushers. After you complete a LF, how long do you go until your bowels start moving again regularly? In my cases, I usually flush on Friday night and I go back to a regular diet by noon on Saturday. But sometimes it's Monday before I have a regular elimination. I've always been told that in an efficient digestive track, the food should go from one end to the other in 18 hours. Would appreciate any comment on this from others.
