I'm an expert on diagnosing Hashi's, but from what the nurse's tell me at my doctor's office, you either have antibodies or you don't. The amount doesn't matter. I believe you have antibodies, so from what I've learned you have Hashi's. I wonder if doctor's disagree on this. I wonder if some stick to the reference ranges and others don't. It's like Celiac Disease, you either have the antibodies or you don't. How much you have doesn't matter.
I am currently learning about this stuff and actually need to see a blood test this Friday regarding these antibodies
