Thanks for the reply. I was in the sauna for 2 hours yesterday. (I took breaks and cool showers every 45 mins or so). Wow, it really felt good to sweat that much. I didn't take any niacin or anything (haven't gotten it yet), but I do plan on at least trying it.
How much niacin did you take during your program? How long did you do it? Did you get results? How long did you usually stay in the sauna for?
