Yes, walking is good. You can even step up the stairs a couple of times just to raise your heart beat. That way the dislodged toxin will enter your blood. So if you can immediately go to hot and cold shower or sauna or steam bath, the toxin will have out let through your skin. You do not need to stay long just 5-10 min. more often will do miracle.

All the sluggishness, the head ach etc will vanish. And you will be new as good for a while. That’s why you need to do this method of active fasting, chasing away the toxin out of the body instead of passive fasting - just doing nothing, which is like just chasing the toxin throughout the body without any outlet.
