How soon do u recover after a LF?

To all the Liver Flushers:

Supposing I do my Liver-Flush on Saturday Night ( drink the OO+GJ mix). When should I start feeling normal again. When can I start eating normal foods? I read, we will have diarrhea on Sunday morning. Will it be multiple times. Or one time diarrhea.

Will I b feeling very weak on Sunday all thru the day? Will I need to take Monday off.? I am really scared. Please guide... Tweet
