Even I was surprised to see Parsley in the list of food allergies . But I usually dont eat it very much. I eat a lot of cilantro/corander though. She said its okay to eat that.
I am not sure if she's the best ND. She was recommended by my office mate. So I thought I'll give her a try. But if she is not able to help me, all my money is down the drain. Switching to another ND, will require lots of money as their initial visit is very expensive. I try to be very informed and read lots of health related books. But not able to figure out why my belly is distended.
I used to have a very flat abdomen before.
Just one thought, could it b water retention arnd my abdomen. I dont seem to b retaining water anywhere else in my body thought. I read, ppl with sluggish thyroid can have water retention.
