Re: Chronic constipation: can Liver Flush help
Thanks Freya for such a detailed message to me. I really appreciate it.
Now I have been seeing a Naturopathic doctor so past 3 weeks. She is working on my sluggish thyroid. ( My TSH = 1.35 which falls in normal range) But I suffer from cold hands and feet/ low body temp/ fatigue. So she put me on THYROSOL ( which is vitamins basically). She also said I am hypoglycemic, so I am supposed to eat lots of protein. ( Coconut Oil has surely helped with hypoglycemia). Headaches are lot less now.
She also came up with a food list which I have to avoid. ( she did some kind of computer scan on my body and came with the list)
- Barley | Wheat | Gluten | Meats | Soy | Corn | Parsley | Peanuts | Filberts
Now it's gonna be almost a month of seeing her. And even she can't figure out why the hell I am bloated. She was mentioning her computer scan said I do not have "parasites". But if nothing works she will put me on a "
parasite cleanse". She is hesitating to put me on
parasite cleanse as it will kill the good gut bacteria.
BTW, my GP had a full blood work & ultrasound done. Everything came out NORMAL. I dont have high cholestrol, thyroid or any other problem as per the test results.
BUT, inspite of all these tests/ diet changes/ lifestyle changes, I have a distended belly. I am pretty sure its not fat. I have a lean build. I am 31 years old. 5'1" and weigh 125
lbs. I have gained 10 lbs since the bloating has occured( pretty consistent for the past 5-6 mths) and cant seem to lose it. I also get cramping.
I must say, I do have BMs. So I am not a constipated case. I do have a "feeling of constipatio" and cramping in lower abdomen.
Can a
Liver-Flush help me??? I am so desperate, I can try anything right now. I want my health back.
