Many thanks for your reply, I have made some big changes to my diet - way before I was thinking parasites. Went to an allergy specialist and eventually he recommended about 4 things I dont eat, so basically nothing sugary, no caffeine, no chocolate and no preservatives (or at least limited). So I very rarely eat junk these days, which I`m sure has really helped keep any parasities I do have well under control..but still definetly there. It made a really big positive difference to my heath doing that.
I have no qualms about short term measures that need to be taken, just nice to know that there is actually light at the end of the tunnel....its horrible not being able (or not feeling able) to talk to friends about this as it just feels so rank and disgusting!
