Chronic constipation: can Liver Flush help

I have been suffering from a feeling of constipation for so many days. I have 2-3 BMs evreyday but I feel there is still some BM left inside me. I also get terribly bloated. Also there is cramping in lower abdomen.

I have tried a lot of stuff
- Nystatin to kill candida yeast
- A lot of different probiotics. It includes home-made yogurt and sauerkraut. Also pills
- A anti-candida diet for past 3 months
- Rebounding : I jump on my mini-trampoline once or twices a day. It helps me have some BM. But bloating is here to stay
- Drinking lots of water - I can drink lots of water. Anywhere from 3-4 liters per day
- Coconut Oil: EVCO has definately helped with my energy. But bloating is still there
- Multivitamins, Cell Food, Digestive Enzymes.

I am so frustated. Dont know what else to try. Can a Liver Flush help me. I have read ppl doing so many flushes. I dont want to make Liver Flush a part of my life. Certainly not.

My question:
1. Do u guys think a Liver Flush will help me. Will I become dependant of LF?
2. What are the side effects?

I want to try everything else, before LF. I am really sceptical about it. Please guide....
