I was in my local health food shop the other day and was talking about parsites. The lady who knew quite a lot about the topic having had problems herself told me that a good way to expel them is to ground up some organic brown rice but not too much that it becomes a powder as it still needs to be slightly corse. Soak this overnight then drain and gently chew and swallow first thing and dont have anything else for 2 hours. She said while taking anti parasitic herbs to do this routine every morning for a couple of weeks.
Has anyone heard of this before or even tried this as I was thinking about trying it but wasnt sure if there would be possibility of hurting my gut on the way through? I already am using fibre, but mostly psyllium husk as I dont seem to be able to tollerate the IF2 at this time.
