For about two years, I have been "suffering" from fatigue, weight gain, bloating, and did I mention fatigue? So I heard about Candida problems and have been on the anti-candida diet for about 2 1/2 weeks now. A few days ago, I started taking Canidase for the yeast. You are supposed to take it an hour before eating, as it contains enzymes cellulase and protease. The enzymes will digest the yeast if taken on an empty stomach. With food, they'll just digest the food.
So my question is, should I take Candidase one hour before eating and the Humaworm a half hour later? Or would the Candidase enzymes just eat my humaworm?
