Slow and Steady
That's the idea. It's great that we're all on this program. People on other forums seem like they just don't get it by popping vitamins, eating meat, taking new supplements that just came out, etc., chasing MDs around for tests and more tests.
I feel a brighter mood to others, and it's starting to show a little more and more every week. That's progress, so I don't know what's going on with my body but it's definitely good. At my age (59), IMO it's either swim or sink at this point. This is no age to be ignoring your health -- or worse yet making wrong decisions regarding your health.
Never tried that many IF1 at once. On 3 a day I felt like I was going to empty my whole GI tract down the toilet. I'm sure that toxic stuff will leave my body sooner or later. I guess we all need to heal at our own speed. Hopefully for me, the way I'm doing it will only bring good and I won't have to face some of the harsh die-off symptoms that you and others have had, but time will tell and I'm not turning back. :)
I'd say my organs may be starting to work better, and when they do, they will assist in the detox process of my GI tract, I think.
