What an interesting journey from veganism to a more balanced approach. I am vegetarian, mostly, but am starting to add animal fats to my diet. I do eat eggs, though. In my case, my blood type is A, which means my body handles best a mostly vegetarian diet. So I won't be adding red meat to my diet any time soon. My health improved a lot by eliminating red meat. I do want to add back fish, though, if I knew of good uncontaminated source. I've read some of the research on healing tooth decay, and that is what originally started me on the journey to add animal fats to my diet--for health!
