Dealing with Strongyloides

I'm grateful to those who made sure I knew of ICU's protocol. It's helped me prepare questions for my doctor who diagnosed the Strongyloides as well as my MS specialist. But, here are some for this forum's experience and insight ...
1) I will confirm with MS doc, but it seems like the immunosuppresant drugs I take weekly or daily will either risk the efficacy or my health. Am I thinking the right way?
2) is the protocol better for strongyloides infections beyond chronic? Or is it better to start with the protocol regardless? My doc prescribed Bilcitride. I'm not sure where I am, but I've not seen any worms and didn't even know of this until Friday. I was expecting flukes which is probably part of what I've been experiencing for 2 weeks as well.

My health management has been holistic and alternative with the exception of the MS drugs. I'm hoping I can manage this balancing the drugs with alternative and chinese medicine. Sounds like I'll need some nourishment and restoration after the strong drugs.
