Re: Gallbladder issues and a Newbie to cleansing

I do happen to have intermittent constipation issues. I have a very easily upset digestive system, with drastic swings to to one side (diarrhea and cramping) or the other (constipation.) SInce I went on a gluten-free diet, I have had almost no cramping and diarrhea, but still swing toward constipation more often than is normal.
It is the parasite cleansing that I think might be terribly hard on my gut. I am thinking possibly a good but gentle general colon clease followed by the liver cleanse might be a good idea, but I am just so new to all of it, that I am not at all sure. Does this sound like an ok idea?
(I am a nurse, and this certainly isn't something that they taught in nursing school).
I have an appointment with a naturopath to discuss this in a few days, but I wanted to get some other people's opinions as well.
