Clarification On Kidney Flush Drink

I LOVE the Kidney Cleanse morning flush drink!  I love it so much that after my last Kidney Cleanse I continued the morning flush drink until I ran out of lemons and limes lol!

To clarify, it is not the juice of a lemon or a lime, it's the juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime.

Upon arising you drink your 8 oz. of distilled water then within an hour you consume all of the flush drink before you consume the first 2 cups of tea 15 minutes later.

As far as the cayenne, this drink is not for taking therapeutic cayenne doses.  I'm sure if you'd like to add more I don't think it would be a problem, however if a person had kidney issues this would be a problem.  So I would assume that for this drink a pinch would be a pinch.

I start with 16 oz. of distilled water and add the juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime and a large pinch of cayenne.  I never add the maple syrup but thats just my personal preference, besides, in the SYL manual it says its optional.  I don't heat my water either but again, thats a personal preference.

Here are the instructions for the Kidney & Bladder Flush Drink from the Save Your Life Manual:

Juice of one lemon and one lime

16 to 32 ounces of distilled water

A pinch of cayenne pepper

Maple syrup to taste (optional)

The next step from Uny's Kidney Cleanse Document

15 minutes afterward (still on an empty stomach), drink two cups of Kidney Tea, with two droppersful of Kidney Tincture added per cup.  Drink a total of 4-6 cups of the Tea daily, with two droppersful of Kidney Tincture in each cup.  (These dosages are recommended in the Save Your Life Manual).

I hope this hasn't further confused you!  We want to make sure that everyone knows the correct way to do the cleanses.  :-)

Blessings,

Willow
