I have a stubborn and chronic GI dysbiosis that I need to get rid of in order to assimilate nutrients the way I should, imbalances (that are already better since I quit taking supps), skin problems, poor muscle tone, poor stamina, etc. Aside from that I'm in quite good general health for pushing 60. :) So, I have a compromised liver and probably kidneys, and GI dysbiosis. Cleaning this up will most likely do me a world of good. I have a feeling animal proteins gunked me all up.
This forum has really made me believe that NOT eating animal proteins is the right thing to do.
