Do you think I should food combine at this time? Been eating soaked seeds and nuts and raw hummus for breakfast, and then eating non proteins for lunch and supper, with quite a bit of fruit eaten separately. Should I eat soaked nuts at more meals besides breakfast, and with starches?
I eat animal proteins once a week at the very most. On Sunday I may have some raw milk cheese. I don't do meat any more.
Also, how does one know what has made him/her sick? Should I presume all the animal proteins I was eating were making me sick? I was eating it 3 meals per day for years, with eggs, grass fed beef, or poultry at each meal.
Thanks for your opinion on this. I hope yer not too swamped.
