I know this program says we should take more and more cayenne all the time, up to 1 tsp 3x a day, but I've found that too many things going in that all have the ability to increase BMs and speed up bowel transit is not a good thing, and is confusing because you don't know for sure which thing is causing it. Could be the IF1, Cayenne, Deficiency of HC, and who knows what else. I've decided to stick to 1/2 tsp of cayenne 2x a day for now, plus another 1/2 tsp or so in food and drinks.
I just have to get a grip on what's going on and this is IMO the way to do it.
