Re: addendum and some questions
I wanted to add this regarding my daily food intake:
Over the past few years, my digestion has become somewhat stagnant, meaning sometimes it feels like food is just sitting in my gut putrifying but not moving. Or I may eat a meal and then not experience hunger again until the next day. So, some days of the week, I omit the dinner portion of my food intake. And other days (2 so far this week), I eat nothing but fruit and green juice.
The IF#1 formula helped me release a lot this morning. But last night I woke in the middle of the night and was wide awake for about 2 and a half hours. At that point, I took some ornithine and was able to fall back asleep, though I'm not sure if it was the ornithine or just exhaustion/placebo effect. Does the IF#1 do this to people? If so, what can I do to help with the insomnia? I didn't feel bad, I actually felt well, I just couldn't sleep, at a time when I should. What do you think of ornithine?
