First things first, I know in the above post I mentioned that I've been pretty regular and have never seen mucoid plaque. But, my god, after two days of IF#1, I passed a mass of dead worms that must have been sitting somewhere in my gut from as far back as three months ago when I began the parasite cleanse. But I've been taking the IF#1 one pill after each meal. Now I see that Schulze said to take it only after dinner. Which do you recommend here?

I looked at the questions that you asked the Accutane survivor and am going to answer them for me too.

I drink 32-48 oz of water per day. My weight is 115 lbs. The amount of water I drink is in direct proportion to how much bloating or gas I have. I have a hard enough time eating 3 meals.

I drink 1 cup of coffee per day, in the morning. In the past 4 years, I have sometimes drank as much as 2.5 cups, but I have been drinking only one for the last 4 months.

I began a vegan diet about a month ago. Here is what I currently consume daily.

Morning:
-1 cup of coffee
-10 oz green juice (dark leafy greens, 1 carrot, 1/2 beet, ginger, celery) + 1/2 tsp each of spirulina and chlorella
-1 TBS bee pollen
-1 mango, 1.5 bananas
Sometimes 1/2 cup fermented beet kvass

Afternoon:
-2nd green juice (same as before without beets, spirulina or chlorella)
-raw vegetable salad, 2 TBS coconut or olive oil, 8 olives, raw sauerkraut, 1 TBS nutritional yeast flakes, 1/4 tsp each: oregano, turmeric, basil, dill, thyme, plus about 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
-3 slices of local, fresh-ground, sourdough whole wheat rye bread
-1/4 cup beet kvass
-1-2 TBS seaweed (soaked/rehydrated from a dried source off the Mendocino coast)

Evening:
-Nickel-sized chunk of ginger pressed and simmered with a cup hot water with 1.5 TBS maple syrup
-if hungry, another banana
-1/2 an avocado with cumin, 3 more pieces of bread, sometimes sauteed vegetables

Some days I have rice instead of bread. Everything is organic.

The only supplements I am taking are milk thistle tincture and parasite herbs (though I am off them for the moment right now).

The only allergy I seem to have is to milk protein. This is new, since about 2 years ago. 2 years ago, a naturopath gave me a supplement that was a condensed form of milk enzymes/protein. This was supposed to balance intestinal flora by killing bad bacteria and promoting good ones. It said on the bottle that it shouldn't be given to those with milk allergies. The result of two weeks of taking this is that I now have a new milk allergy. This includes raw milk, its products, kefir, and yogurt. Hard cheese is OK in small amounts.

Exercise: My exercise is limited to walking. In my weakened state I can't put any pressure or stress on any of my joints. How much I walk depends on how I am feeling and how aggravated my knees are. Three months ago, before beginning the parasite cleanse, I was walking 1.5-2 miles per day. Now, I'm limited to about half to three-quarters of a mile per day. But I am walking as much as pain allows -- I want to move. Prior to being floxed I was an avid hiker/backpacker, played sports, and was very active and energetic. I'd love to sleep atop a mountain again.

I'm pretty sure I have mineral imbalances, though I don't have the blood work to back it up. However I do have constant muscle twitching, spasms, and cramping, in all parts of my body, but most prominently in my calves. Two months ago I tried zapping, and I found that when I held the paddles, the spasms increased. When I let them go, it decreased. That could be a nerve issue, but it could also be a mineral issue whereby electric current in the body is distorted.

I have a Champion juicer.

I'm not extremely wired. The worst offender is probably my wireless mouse. Maybe once a week, I use my wireless router instead of my DSL connection. I very rarely use a Cell Phone . There are 4 "Smart Meters" from the electric company outside my bedroom window radiating god-knows what, but there's nothing I can do about that right now... thanks PG&E! I probably use my computer more than I should, but it is the only source of information for these health issues.

The consistency of my stool varies and has been further confused by this change in diet. A lot of days it seems like the dinner I ate the night before comes out mushy and with a sour smell, like that from a bag of manure fertilizer. Before this change to a vegan diet, I would eat oats in the morning, and that helped provide a formed stool. But there are also times when the consistency is more like putty or soft-serve ice cream. Colors vary as well.

Hope that helps. Talk to you soon.
