I didn't do anything much prefast. Didn't clean bowels but have fast transit time.
Didn't juice fast first or eat anything special.
Just went right into it. You can read my posts on fasting weight loss part of the forum.
I did 31 on water.3 on juice, 2 on water last 4 on juice then refeed. Again no special diet,not raw,not vegen..fact ate some meat first day refeed no problem.
Dropped from 260 to 217. Gained back to about 227 refeed.
Now at about 222 nearly month later would call that pretty successful results.Feel way better. 10 years younger.
I do exercise post fast aerobic type mostly treadmill at walking speed 5x week, weights on bowflex 3x week.I haven't ate breakfast since the fast and do Eat stop eat intermittent 2 -24 hour fasts a week since the fast.
I may do some shorter fasts in a month or so depending on what my weight is doing.I want to be likely 180 or maybe even lower end weight.
