Treating 4 years ...need some input.
Hi,
I have been sick for 4 years with what is thought to be lyme, Bartonella, babesia. I have been on constant roatating combos of
Antibiotics and anti malarials for 4 years.
I managed to get rid of a huge amount of neuro cognitive and other dreadful symptoms through my lyme doc but I am stuck in a rutt the last year or so.
I thought it might be metals so I integrated Andy Cutlers chelation 3 days a week and had my
Amalgams out.
I am left with the follwing symptoms. Crawling stinging on the skin(always in same place on left shoulder blade), eye floaters, horrible buzzing sensation of CNS, tinnitus, boats of chronic fatigue, lack of energy and motivation, agitation.
I am cycling between meds for bartonella which I absolutely still have. One thing I have not ever addressed is worms and nematodes. I got ill after travelling and living in India and South East Asia back in 2006 and had a bad bout of food poisoning in Delhi.
I am currently on penicillin shots, minocycline and plaquinel for lyme. I am also rotating between high dose rifampin and high dose zithromax for this Bart fast growing bug from hell which keeps adapting to meds.
I have said all along to my doc that I see bugs in my visual field. I see them swimming across all the time and suffer terrible light sensitivity 24/7. Lyme is far too small to see so I am thinking what I mut be seeing is some form of fillarial worm of some kind which is keeping my immune system down and not letting me get rid of these other bacteria.
Anyone with any experience with eye issues with these bugs I would love to hear some feedback. I had terrible uveitis which turned out to be the bartonella and it is under control now but I still have problems and see bugs there.
When I add a new drug the bugs go crazy for a few days and then settle back to their normal swimming pattern. Mino does this big time.
I intend to start the ivermectin + Albendazole as soon as I can get hold of the meds. They are my last hope really.
