Cheers for the detailed post. I am also curious about results/health changes after 22 flushes. I got the gritty itch eyes but I thought it was just seasonal allergies. Any idea why the flush would provoke such symptoms?

I am very impressed with your posts in general and your ability to incorporate photos into the text.
