Yes, I also have this symptom. Do you have high blood Sugar and cholesterol? Or, do you take any supplements or medicines that may have caused some liver damage?
Your symptom sounds to me like Type 2 Diabetes OR liver damage.
Change your diet and lower your blood sugar. Your bad cholesterol may be high also. Get exercise and lose weight as soon as possible. It might not be too late. There are a couple of dietary supplements that may help you. These are SugarBalance and Cholest-Off. You can probably find these at your local CVS or Walgreens.
In addition to these, start eating more fiber in your diet. I like psillium husk fiber and a special fat-absorbing fiber called chitosan. Chitosan capsules can be taken 30 minutes before you eat and will help absorb the fat that you eat so that it is expelled in your stool, rather than stored in your body. I've lost a lot of weight using this and other things like apple cider vinegar and green tea.
Being overweight or obese leads to many diseases including diabetes and heart disease. Please don't take this lightly. Make the changes immediately!
