I'm on one now, no fruits, fruit juices, sugars or anything of that sort.
I eat mostly vegetables such as lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, avocados and occasionally some bell peppers.
I have this with either chicken, salmon or organic eggs in three/four meals spread through the day. Additionally, with the chicken i eat a lot of wild brown rice.
I take calcium, vitamin C and garlic supplements because the real garlic burns my mouth horribly.
I take a probiotic with two meals, and take yakult with dinner. I also take aloe vera juice, one tablespoon twice a day as my antifungal, i only just started 3 days ago but i've used it in the past.
I also do oil pulling for anywhere between 5 and 20 mins each morning.
It's taken me 1 and a 1/2 months so far to get this diet adjusted but i've still experienced horrible stomach pains due to just discovering that "packaged" nuts are another source of feeding candida. I have to see how things pan out over the next week or so to know whether i'm on the right track.
Is there anything that i could add or take away to improve this diet?
