This can get so confusing at times! I think I did not take enough b vitamins because that was the one that I only took one a day but the bottle says 2. Has anyone done the ATP cofactors? Haven't seen much written on those.
I put a tablespoon of the coconut oil in my oatmeal this morning. OMG! It was absolutely delicious! I loved the taste of it. I guess I thought that "oil" would taste bad but I was wrong. This is really yummy. In looking at some of the past posts, I see that 1 tablespoon twice a day seems to be what people are taking.
Ginagirl, do you still get hypo swings? Does your body still go into hypo or hyper mode or are you at a place where you stay consistent. Just curious because now that I am really paying attention to my body I think I have had these swings off and on through this journey. I'm sure that many people jump ship when they feel as crappy as the hypo swings make you feel but not sure.
Also, should I do the same course with my 17 year old or give her a lot less....
