Yes that is it, it liquefies all the hard fecal matter and you get buttpee. It means it works. The great thing is when you get the walls clean the oxygen will be absorbed in the body and makes a good environment for the good flora. Cancer and parasites hate the oxygen. As maintenance I use it about once a week.
Three capsules gives me buttpee, but it is not the same for everybody. Someone wrote me that she uses 6 capsules at a time. Tweet
