Re: Colonics after liver flushes.

Thanks for the response.

There's a few reasons that I do not feel comfortable taking so much Epsom Salts . One is that I overdosed on magnesium before simply by taking Oxypowder for a few weeks and this gave me the worst menstrual cramps I've ever experienced. Taking so much magnesium (from Epsom Salts or whatever) really imbalances electrolytes. I also have read that Epsom Salts are dehydrating and hard on the kidneys -- neither of which can be good things.

So I don't want to use Epsom salts to flush my bowels with every liver flush. I just want to use colonics for that. (I know that some other people do it this way as well.) I was using salt water flushes but even doing 2 of them the day after a Liver Flush did not prevent my skin from breaking out that day. I figured that a colonic would be more thorough.
