Refeed from 40 days fast, 2 wks on


Hi there fasters!

It's been two weeks since I completed my 40 day mostly water, 0 calorie fast.

At the moment I'm up to eating around 800 to 1100 calories a day of juice smoothies, fruit and veggies, baked/grilled chicken, and whole wheat pasta. My weight has been slowwwwly and steadily dropping since then.

Stats:

Female
Height 5'8
Pre fast weight: 232
Post fast weight: 178
Current weight: 170

This seems so weird but I guess I really am finished with fasting for now! In a way that makes me kind of sad! =/
