Even a year in eh?

you know, a month ago I started taking trappers SSKI and 2% internally in addition to 50mg of Iodoral after taking 50mg of Iodoral and applying SSKI topically--anywhere from 500 to 1500mg.

and immediately I had zits break out under my eyes

and then those two times I took the Lugol's I had really strong reaction just recently

hmmmmm

either the internal liquid is doing a different detox or I didn't get that much in me with the topical

huh

dang, I may just have to go through being cold again.....grrrrrrrrr brrrrrrrrr
