Carrots and beets are both very cleansing for the liver and help stimulate bile flow. This is an important part of maintaining liver health along with healthy plant-based fats and if needed, supplements like milk thistle and lecithin. However, none of these things will flush out stones like a gallbladder/liver flush. In time stones may be either broken down or passed, but when symptoms are acute or the liver is very congested, then flushing is usually best. Using that blend of fresh juice will certainly help keep the liver healthy though. I use apple/carrot juice with Celery for the kidneys, gotta remember to buy some beets next time I shop.
