Re: Problems with drinking salt water.

I should probably wait until tomorrow to respond, so that my head is clear, but I've been laying here trying to sleep and thinking about your situation.

So alas, here I am. I can fully understand how you ended up where you are eating only one thing... And I empathize with you whole heartedly. My fear is that your diet is lacking in essential nutrients and that the goal, if it were me, would be to figure out how to stabilize your blood Sugar so that you can get a larger variety of minerals and vitamins in you. I fully understand your feeling about synthetic supplements and I whole heartedly agree. Nevertheless, I have found great benefit with a few isolated nutrients and you couldn't pay me to give them up. Pantothine is one of them. It is very common for sick people to be deficient in b vitamins and I'm not sure if ground beef is necesarily giving you enough.

If you must start with natural b's then how about nutritional yeast? I still don't think that is sufficient for helping with blood sugar, but it's a start. I can understand how bee pollen would be an issue. I've heard from HV that it's common for people to be allergic to different kinds.

Anyhow, I get my pantothine from supplement clinic. I seriously doubt that it would effect your blood Sugar negatively. At the most it might be stimulating and give you anxiety, but I think if that were to happen that it would be an issue with dosing... And I would suggest that you start with a very low dose.

Since Iodine is a trace mineral and you aren't getting much easily assimilated minerals from your diet, my guess is that the Iodine might be creating further mineral imbalances, possibly inducing the sensitivity to sodium. That's my guess. Were you having issues with salt before rthe iodine?

As far as the eggs go, would you mind sharing what makes you feel like you are allergic to them? I ask because I have a reaction to them when I eat them, but I think it's a die-off reaction because they are antifungal, antiviral and Antibiotic when they are raw.

My final thought for now is that I really am curios what your thoughts are on how you got sick. What are your other symptoms? Do you have a post here that explains your history?

If toxicity of some sort is causing your endochrine issues, it would be good to get you well enough to do some detoxing. Are you able to work? Do you have energy at all?

I've heard the discussions about the dubiousness of hair analysis, but personally I have gained information from my analysis that I don't think I would have gained otherwise. Yes, it's true that you can't take them
completely at face value and you have to consider that your results are just showing the tissue of your hair and nit other parts of your body, but we have to piece information together as best as we can (without going broke in the process) and I felt it to be quite a bit of bang for my buck. I had no idea that I have a mercury toxicity issue prior to my hair analysis.. And that's important info to have, I think.

Anyhow, that's all I got for now. Good night!
