What about raw eggs? I'm assuming that you've tried them?

Have you tried taking pantothine to help with your hypoglycemia? It has worked wonders for mine. Before it I would eat a steak, two chicken legs and some hard boiled eggs as a snack in one sitting.

Per the iodine, have you tested hypothyroid? Is that your reasoning for it?

I'm curious have you run labs for cortisol and/ or mineral hair analysis?

I think that salt would effect you negatively if you are low in potasium. The in depth world of balancing minerals is a bit beyond my scope of knowledge, though.
