i stopped writing a food log for a while but back to it...alot of copy and paste from day to day.....but lets me see what i need to adjust a bit better...
not feeling peppy...very tired cold and sluggish...like i am in slow motion some days...exhausted by the end of the day ...even took a nap this week
taking 7 idoral a day....very fustrated since pants are tight last week went to put on a pair of jeans and they didnt fit...had to buy an xl top....could go up a size in pants but refuse
dragged myself to the gym today but after i felt better...
