Here's how I do it. I take the oxy about 9pm, then I take the oo and grapefruit at 10pm and go to sleep. In the morning when I wake up (around 6am) I eat a spoonful of Epsom Salts . Then about 8am I eat something with a lot of fat like toast with mega butter or oatmeal swimming in butter and a glass of orange juice with EmergenC added. Then a couple of hours later if I can stomach it I'll eat another spoonful of epsoms, but sometimes I just can't.
The Oxypowder from the night before makes me go first thing in the morning then the epsoms makes me go a couple times more. By late afternoon I'm all done and LOTS lighter :)
