Candida vs. Gluten Intolerance

I really wonder how much of a difference there is between candida and gluten intolerance. I read that candida has the same symptoms to some degree.
I have smelly stool a lot and it seems to land on days I eat grains of some sort. sometimes its there anyway, but the smell is different, odd.
my nose also clogs up when i eat certain types of wheat or refined flours. it is gluten intolerance or candida? my belly is bloated regardless of what i do so how on earth can you tell the difference?? Tweet
