Re: Eyelid muscle twitch after first flush

Dear abl,
I also had eyelid twitching after doing the Liver Flush.
Your eyes are connected to your sinuses.
In my opinion, this eyelid twitching is related to the fact that the sinuses are organs of excretion, used by the body to get rid of toxins in the same way that the pores of your skin do.
Also the sinuses are cavities often colonized by yeasts (Candida). The increase in bile flow during and after Liver Flush reduces the overall concentration of yeasts in your body, even in the sinuses, and there is a reaction to the broken-up Candida.

How to :
This goes again after a while.
If you are in a hurry you could :
- have a good cry (beware though that tears are full of toxins sometimes)
- wash your sinuses with a saline solution.

Nothing to worry about anyway. Rather a good sign!
:) :) :)
