Hi, I usually take the oxy instead of the epsoms on the night of the flush because the epsoms works in an hour or so and that interferes with my sleep. The next morning I take a tablespoon of epsoms when I wake up. I don't do colonics.
Here's the problem with your plan: If you don't take the oxy the night of the flush and you don't do anything the next day either, you won't get the stones out of the colon fast enough. Either take the oxy the night of the flush and/or take some epsoms the next morning.
Since it's your first flush make sure you at least have some epsoms in the house so if you do happen to get a stuck stone you CAN take some epsoms to get it out. I've never had a stone get stuck but if it did I would take some es real quick.
I always take Emergen-C the morning after. It helps replace electrolytes. I think it helps a lot with recovery. Also, by taking the Epsom Salts in the morning I'm all cleaned out by afternoon and feeling fine. You should feel well enough to go to work. Happy flushing!
