Re: What to do to help the liver and gall bladder heal??
I just finished my 4th flush (started first flush in early January). It's a bit early to say I'm going to be cured, but I do know that I am getting better. I can take a few suppliements now (flax oil and digestive enzymes) without any reflux. Before I started to flush if I took these things I had terrible reflux (I have a hiatal hernia). I can also eat a little of the foods that I am sensitive to, but I have to be careful. I'm allergic to potatoes and corn. If I ate a bag of chips and a bag of popcorn, it would send me over the top (dizzy, malaise, brain fog, cold feet, etc.).
As each week goes by, I will try eating a few more sensitive foods (mushrooms, onions, garlic, potatoes, corn, wheat, chocolate, grapes, strawberries, etc.) to see how my body reacts. According to one other poster I may start seeing some major improvements after the 7th - 8th flush. For me that will be about 6-8 weeks away.
