Allergy Shots Question

Has anyone on this board ever being going thru the allergy shot routine while they are flushing. I'm not worried about any cross reaction (I just finished my 4th flush with no significant side effects). I'm taking allergy shots to hopefully desensitize me to mold, grass smut, grain smut, beech pollen, birch pollen, etc. My allergist is convinced that my food allergies are being triggered by airborne allergies (I can go away to the beach for a week's vacation and my allergy problems are drastically reduced)

I would like to think that by flushing, over time, I may no longer need to take these shots. But it took over 3 months and approx $1000 spent with my allergist to get to the point that I can now adminsiter the shots to myself every week. If I go off of the shots for over 2 weeks, I may have to start the program all over again.

Is there any chance that the allergy shots are interfering with my liver and gall bladders healing? If you have any experience with a similar situation or some clinical advice, I would love to hear from you. Tweet
