What to do to help the liver and gall bladder heal??
Tonight I am doing my 4th flush. I'm going the liver/gall bladder flush because of all the good things I have read and learned about right here on this forum. I'm obviously not cured yet...but do believe I'm making progress.
I have a number of food and airborne allergies, that create problems with brain fog, low blood sugar, as well as malaise alot within 30 minutes to an hour after I eat. Those same symptoms can also set in if I drink water anytime within 2 hours after eating. After my 2nd flush I felt great....to the extent that I tried to eat some foods that I am normally sensitive to....but I overdid it and many of my symptoms came back with a vengance. I was naive enough to think that after just a few flushes that my body was clean (Now I know better).
After my 3rd flush I didn't get the same euphoric feeling that I did with the 2nd flush. Got probaly 100+ small green stones ( I assume those came from the liver), but no large stones. I'm assuming that is just part of the healing process and stones and toxic materials are just moving around to some of the wrong places.
Since my first two flushes were so successful (300+ stones of which 20-25 were 3/8" diameter or larger - one was 1" in diameter) I'm convinced that my gallbladder not only was full of stones but was also infected or inflamed as well.
Which leads me to my question.......after each flush......are the any recommended ways to help the liver and gall bladder heal?? If my gall bladder was inflamed from all the gall stones that I flushed out of it....what does it take to eliminate the inflammation?
