ALB - I was on juice for nearly two days then I started on small bites of fruit and vegetables, with warm veggie broth, along with my normal water and powerade zero. Just remember as far as weight stalling I would go as many as 3 days with literally no drop in weight and then all of a sudden drop 5 pounds! It is not a linear thing and cannot be predicted so don't sweat it too much.
My current weight is 175.5 thinking of trying out some homemade chicken broth tomorrow. We'll see.
